Review: The location is not central, but the breakfast is abundant and the food is good. The rooms are clean, and there is a parking area with many Sala trees behind the hotel, making for a very quiet morning walk. Since discovering this hotel, I have stayed here every time I come to BMT.
Positive points: HVing stayed at the Luxury hotel in Daklak I find that Elephants is the much better option. The property is well-maintained staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is quite good. The rooms are modern with good amenities.like safe and mini fridge. Lots of food within walking distance as well as the town market. Even the decoration inside is phenomenal showing local art of the Ede people

Review: Mình đặt phòng Mường Thanh BMT và nghĩ đó là KS 4 sao, tuy nhiên bảng hiệu KS để 5 sao, kết quả thì trang thiết bị KS một số chỉ ngang KS 3 sao.nCửa phòng tắm bị hư, vòi nước lỗi, tủ đồ mỗi lần mở kêu ken két.nĐặc biệt KS lót thảm cực tệ, bước chân trên thảm cảm giác gồ ghề, lồi lõm từ trong phòng đến lối đi, vấn đề này có lẽ không phải mới vì nó liên quan lớp nền dưới thảm và không ai quan tâm đến.nĐiểm tốt bù lại là nhân viên phục vụ tận tình, bữa sáng buffet, cũng như món ăn tại khách sạn ngon.

Positive points: Very spacious and well-designed rooms: immersion tubs, high floors and beachfront access. Excellent amenities for the price. Room service was prompt and capable of honoring special requests to the letter. Would stay again!

Positive points: Main entry was huge and clean. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good selections
Negative points: Customer service, a lack of. As we walked up to the hotel, many staff saw us holding lots of baggage. No acknowledgement and no assistance. Even after I checked-in, the receptionist didn't ask the bell people to help. They saw us but just stood around. nnConsidering this was rated as 5 stars, I expected basic service.
