Buon Ma Thuot Hotel

Review: Room was not clean with smell of smoke and cigarette butts still in ashtray. I booked a nonsmoking room. nStaff didn’t even bother to show us room. Slippers were dirty from previous stay. Booked another hotel and then staffs admitted that they didn’t clean room and offer to clean it in 10 minutes. nThey charged us 1 night stay after 2 hours stay because my family couldn’t deal with really bad smoking odor in the room. Also old ac unit that took awhile to get cool not cold.

Positive points: I am very happy with the services and room.

Review: The parking lot is very spacious and convenient, right in front of the hotel. The location is close to the Victory Monument roundabout in Buon Ma Thuot, and behind the hotel is the Buon Ma Thuot book street. Just a few hundred meters away is the provincial museum and the Bao Dai villa. In the evening, right next to the provincial museum is Phan Dinh Giót walking street. It is very convenient for sightseeing if you don't have transportation, or if you do, the parking lot is very convenient. The rooms are clean and quite new. The only issue was that when I arrived, there were no staff to help carry my luggage to the room. The price of nearly 600,000 VND for a room without breakfast is reasonable during the holiday on April 30th.

Review: We stayed 3 nights 2-5/11/2024, arrived around 8.30pm. Staff was friendly on arrival, however they did not offer to help with our luggage. After asking they helped us to the lift. We were left to up and find our own room. Second failure!nRoom is not sound proof. You can hear voices in the corridor, can smell smoke through the air-conditioning. No face tissues in the room. On our last night, there was a bad sewerage smell from the bathroom. We checked out at 6am as we were heading to Pleiku. Couldn't pay with the credit card used in booking. Their machine had stopped working and was waiting to be fixed, supposedly! Payment is either local bank transfer or cash.

Review: The location is in the center of Buon Ma Thuot city, with very convenient transportation. nThere is a spacious parking lot comfortably across the street. nThe rooms are clean. nStaff are friendly and open with customers.
