Review: Clean, well situated in Cam An, lovely family, would come back

Positive points: This was the first Home stay that we have stayed at while travelling Vietnam. The experience was very different to a hotel room and something we really found to be a fascinating change. The apartment is big and well equipped. It has 2 beds a king and a double also a kitchen area with hob and a large fridge freezer which was full of free water on arrival. A separate bathroom with walk in shower and a large TV with Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is large and extremely nice but it's the family that made it so unique. Tan the owner could not have been any more friendly and helpful to us, in fact the whole family were so determined that we had a good time that we really felt grateful to be there. We were served ice coffee, ginger tea and a big bowl of delicious fruit every morning. Also a bonus when travelling for any length of time is our laundry was all taken care of . You can interact with the family as much or as little as you want. We were drawn in by their friendliness to us and this was highlighted on the first day of TET when they invited us to join the extended family for a celebration lunch. It was a fantastic day with food and drink and everybody singing karaoke. I think they appreciated that we joined in even though my kareoke is not too good. Tans mum a lovely lady waved us off after 6 very enjoyable days. Even the very quiet and friendly little dog was a joy and I'm not normally a dog person. So obviously I would highly recommend a stay here.

We were close to friendly shops with good food and great massage. The beach was very close.

Review: Tan was a very helpful host. He arranged airport transport and was on hand for everything we needed. The location is great for going to the beach and easy scooter ride to town. We very much enjoyed it.

Positive points: It is more than you can reasonably hope for for a hotel of its price. The staff is generous and helpful. You really cannot do better!

Positive points: Tan was amazing - so helpful - actually went above and beyond with kindness as we arrived very unwell and he made sure we had everything we need to get through. He made us booked eggs and yoghurt, and even brought us special water with electrolytes. The area is lovely, close to beach and restaurants and everything you need and with Tans local knowledge you cannot go wrong.
The experience is not only having a nice room and location ( which this villa does) but to have a wonderful host makes all the difference.

Review: Perfect spot to experience An Bang beach village. Close to beach, market and restaurants, but quiet and peaceful for sleep in large rooms/comfortable beds. Nice bath and beach towels!
Owner can set you up with many Hoi An experiences. Highly recommend!

Positive points: We were a last minute and only a 1 night booking but were made to feel very welcome. It would have been easy to stay longer but we had another hotel to go to. Fabulous location for the beach, with some nice eating places very handy. There is a local market literally around the corner which is good for fresh fruit and other grocery items. The pool was clean and very welcome in the 37 degree heat.
Breakfast was available at an extra charge. It looked good with lots of fresh fruit.
We appreciated being able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out time.
Our room was large and I think the beach facing rooms would have been even nicer.

Positive points: Doan was friendly and filled up the fridge with free bottles of water. Good location and quiet
