Positive points: The hotel was great for short-term stay. The owner was very friendly, and the room was well-equipped. It was quite close to get to the beach.

Negative points: Nothing

Positive points: Staff were lovely, the room was really nice and spacious and everywhere was clean. Location was ok, a 20 min walk to the beach.

Negative points: Not the hotels fault but there was building work going on next door which woke us up at 7:30 and went on until about 7pm! The staff were apologetic when we left though.

Review: we stay 4 days here. The location is quite strategic and not noisy. walking to the beach area is only 17 minutes. the price is still relatively cheap and the staff is very friendly. the rooms are also big and clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Da Nang.

Positive points: A warm and welcoming place.. foremost because of the hosts! :) Helpful, respectful and friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe, liked the atmosphere of the room (warm colors and wood) Good facilities, hot water, clean and in a quiet and peaceful, slightly off the traffic and more local area, but still close enough to everything you need and the buzzing life just around the corner. Would highly recommend this place, if a friendly more personal atmosphere is your thing!

Negative points: Has nothing to do with the Hotel at all! There's some construction work going on outside. Most likely only temporary and it wasn't too bad. Nights were quiet and that's most important for light sleepers like me.
