Review: The street is too small for cars but the hotel is very near a big street. You can walk in a few metres. The dorm room is small for 4 beds. it means it’s cold and guests dont have air-remote to adjust.

Review: I’m a female solo traveler and stayed at Sujet for 3 days in the female dorm. Location was very convenient. I walked to most attractions. Also close to airport around 10 mins and grab fee was only around 60k VND. Beds in the female dorm are on the harder side but I still had a good sleep. Staff were also very friendly and can speak English. They have 24 hrs reception which is perfect for anyone arriving late. I arrived 11pm and there’s someone at the reception. They don't have elevator but they helped me bring my luggage upstairs. They also mentioned that they have laundry. They also have lockers in the dorm which can fit up to a medium size luggage. Deposit of 200k VND was asked upon checkin for the key and towel (was able to get this after checkout). They dont have a kitchen but they have microwave and kettle in the lobby. Everything was perfect except the doors in the restroom and shower are not closing properly. Someone tried to open the door while I was changing. Other than that, perfect location and accommodation for solo travelers.

Review: Stayed in 4-bed female dorm. Staff was really helpful with all the tour booking requirements or any city related suggestions. Bed was comfortable and very clean. Just that it was bit difficult to climb up on upper bed because of handles only at one side. Prefer bottom beds. Have given them this feedback, they might get second handle installed on upper bed.

Review: Near to the city center. Room is clean. Excellent service. All the staff is friendly and can speak English, especially TRUC HA. She knows everything and really helps me a lot!!!

Positive points: It was very clean and the staff was very helpful as well. Lucy is incredibly welcoming and friendly! I also liked that there was free drinking water.

Review: 位置挺好，离龙桥和雕刻艺术馆很近。工作人员很棒，坐夜巴早上到的给安排提前入住，还会推荐附近的活动。
值得一提这里的浴室空间大，水流强热水足，是在越南遇到最好的。
4人间有点小，柜子放不下大包，也没有窗。

Review: Beds are comfortable and cozy, but room is small. Wash area, bathroom and toilet areas are spacious and clean though. Lobby area is nice. Staff are amazing - very attentive and helpful. AC and WiFi is good
