Sứ Retreat Hoi An - Riverfront Resort

Positive points: Su Retreat Hoi An has been the best resort we have stayed in during our 3 weeks travelling from the North to South. Initially we thought the location would be too far away from the attractions but we were given free access to bikes which allowed us easy access to the beach and the night Market (both less than 20 mins ride from the hotel). We also got a grab one evening to watch the lanterns in the town. The staff were great and very accommodating making the stay easy. The rooms are clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great. I intend to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Positive points: Su Retreat had the most accomodating and friendly staff of any property around Vietnam. The room was comfortable, and we loved using the free bikes to ride around Hoi An town. My partner and I celebrated her birthday whilst we were in Hoi An, and the staff helped us celebrate by decorating the room with rose petals, cake, and balloons! On our last day we had a very early flight out of Da Nang, and the staff not only provided us with a packaged breakfast to take to the airport, but they organised back up transport when our externally booked transport didn’t show up. Su Retreat staff made this trip so memorable and comfortable and we would definitely recommend others to stay here.
