Positive points: The room was as advertised - overlooks the river and is very comfortable & clean. It is about 2 kms from the dragon bridge and the cooler restaurants and cafes. However, there is a cafe and a Korean restaurant close by too :)

The staff was approachable, polite and they even have cab services to the various attractions close by available on request. Stayed here for just one night - satisfied with the stay.

Review: Very helpful staff, clean rooms

Positive points: Nice room with mountain view. Massive bed and very comfortable. Some of the fittings could do with a bit of "TLC" , but the bathroom was good, nice shower and, let's say, a sophisticated toilet 🙂
Once again the staff were very friendly and helpful, I shortened the length of my stay with no problem ( weather related, rain stopped play 😉), they checked me in a little early on arrival as well.

Review: Beautiful room, extremely comfortable bed and bathroom. Everything is kept very clean daily, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it's easy to get to 24/7 convenience stores.

Positive points: It was a really wonderful stay, the location is so goood with wonderful river view. The room is very premium considering the cost. The manager “Thane” was so good. She helped me with a room decor for my wife’s birthday. Really made us feel special.

Review: My stay at this hotel was excellent! The service staff were very enthusiastic and always helped me with a smile on their faces. The room was very clean and well-ventilated. Amenities like free Wi-Fi and a mini fridge were very helpful to me.

Review: Nos hospedamos en habitación con vista al río y la vista fue sencillamente increíble, la habitación y espacios comunes estaban muy limpios y acogedores. Mi pareja estaba de cumpleaños e intenté coordinar una pequeña decoración en la habitación y el equipo de recepción del hotel nos otorgó un servicio de excelencia, muy atentas e incluso nos regalaron una pequeña torta de cumpleaños. Hotel muy recomendable

Positive points: Clean and quiet with a view of the River and hills. Comfortable bed, great shower&bath. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent value.
