Son Trang Hotel Hoi An

Review: Would I recommend Son Trang? Definitely.

Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Had a personalized Thank You card on the bed upon check-in. Also received a parting gift of a local delicacy when I checked out.

The room was small but enough for me. Hotel is near the Old Town - its location was good and convenient.

Positive points: The property was very close to the Hoi An Old Town, just 5 minutes walk away. Front desk was very nice and pleasant, and had good service recovery. Beds and linens were comfortable to use.

Review: Good location near the Old Town, but some drawbacks. No elevator, the room was small with no window, and no breakfast provided. Decent for a short stay, but could be more comfortable.”

• Location: Excellent! just a short walk to Hanoi Old Town and the Walking Street.
• Stayed in a family room – spacious, very clean, and decorated in soothing tones. The beds were super comfortable!
• The staffs were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged transportation, tour packages, and restaurant reservations for us. The hotel-arranged car service was reasonably priced, making everything very convenient. Upon check-out, they even gave us some snack as a souvenir

Positive points: The front desk staff was amazing and outstanding, especially Ms. Long. During my stay, I met 2 ladies at the front desk. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel room is nice and comfortable enough for us. Upon our departure, Ms. Long gave us a gift, too. It's a coconut biscuits. It's very delicious - the most delicious coconut biscuits I have ever had. I will definitely come back to Hoi An and stay with Son Trang again.

Positive points: The hotel located right next to the old town area, near convenience stores, massages, and local restaurants. The staff kindly upgraded our room so we had a very comfortable stay. Free bicycle and Vietnamese hat rental. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Review: Location of the hotel is walking distance to the ancient town, market, and awesome food! The staffs were super friendly too and can speak very good english. She introduced many places around us for visiting and eating. Hotel room was clean too with enough amenities ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Review: Very good location as the hotel is located very nearby to the old town which is the main attraction. Only complain is that there were ants on the table and bed. And the shower is not separated from the toilet so the whole toilet gets wet.
