2) Very friendly and helpful staff

Negative points: 1) Location was little far from the central
2) Very few restaurants in walking distance
3) Windows were not soundproof so a lot of noise from the highway nearby especially at night

Positive points: 2nd time we stayed. As before, all the staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive to any needs. D2 is a little way from all the touristy stuff, but i prefer the serviced apartment in a more residential area than a hotel in the middle of tourists

Negative points: Saigon is not the Saigon of 30yrs ago. The traffic is 24/7 and the construction all around the city is in many cases also through the night. Nothing to do with somerset but Hanoi Highway is a big road with a lot of traffic. You get used to it after a few nights

Positive points: Staff are wonderful and facilities are great.

Negative points: Breakfast is Starbucks. Not exactly what we came to Vietnam for, but better than going hungry. Construction on the riverside highrise few hundred meters down the road happens at night. Can be quite disturbing.
