Lumiere Riverside Raymond Holm Apartment in Thao Dien

Positive points: Incredible value for money! I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be even better than expected. We stayed in three spacious apartments, all bright, clean, and equipped with blackout curtains and stunning views. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained. There were multiple pools, all very clean, plus a two-story supermarket, kiosks, cafés, and even bubble tea. The host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Positive points: Great property in a great location and exactly like the pictures, awesome views and the roof top pool is very nice too. And wait to you try the toilets….

Positive points: I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in district 2. The apartment is located in a nice building with 40 floor and have other convenience stores nearby.
The unit is clean, spotless, nicely-decorated, and has a good internet. The space was perfect for 4 people with lots of space to open and organize our luggage. Raymond was very responsive and helpful even though I booked the place less than 24 hours before my check-in date.

Review: This place needs extensive cleaning!! Dirty and service is poor! Pics on the website is nothing like what you see in person. The room you think you’re getting it’s not! Sorry that’s truth be careful of the bait and switch! Especially if you have multiple pics of different room options. I find that best selection of room is not when I book with Agoda. I rather pay more at other sites and get better room.

Positive points: The property is safe, modern with all the facilities needed for short or even long stay. The location is perfect.

Review: Such a wonderful place, even more beautiful than the pictures! The apartment is incredibly cozy, we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay as soon as we arrived. The host is super friendly and enthusiastic, and there are plenty of shops nearby for us to discover. The only small thing was that the security and reception were a bit tricky for short-term stays, but it seems like they mainly cater to long-term residents. Just a heads up, the building has two towers so make sure you don't mix them up, and the security might not be too thrilled to give us directions haha.

Review: The apartment is just as described: super comfortable and cozy! Plus, there's a beer restaurant and An Nam supermarket right across the street, so it's super convenient for picking up anything you need. And the host is so friendly and welcoming!
