Review: I stayed in 2 rooms one was bad, the other was terrible (bathroom on the balcony). There was no shower gel or shampoo. It's dirty. There are ants everywhere. There is phone number you can call to get the attention of a member of staff who speaks only Vietnamese.

Review: Was awoken at 11 pm asking to shift rooms as they wanted their party friends for my room. Was then give the option of small room with no TV or basic amenities. Although a balcony deluxe room was booked for 7 days.
No staff to help with luggage or check in or out.
Quite surprised to be asked to move on day 4 of stay.
No apologies, no discount, no assistance.
Beware.

Review: I would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately it’s trashy in a classy area. They sell nitros balloons to customers at the pool bar served by kids whose parents work there.

Booked and paid for a room that clearly stated it had a balcony in the title and listing. I arrived to a dingy room next to the pool that was loud and had no mattress only a box spring with sheets on it. I was disappointed to say the least.

When we arrived, the man on the phone offered to refund half the reservation but I had busy plans the two days I booked I could not change so I made due with the room. For the price it is not worth it.


Better vibes elsewhere. People smoking clouds in your face and drunk, cursing, doing nitros balloons, you can not use the pool in peace. A table broke out into a fight right in front of me and my daughter at the pool at barely 8:30 pm. No one did anything. Couldn’t get the check fast enough. Not a vibe you want to pay for at all.

Changing room once. Located right next to pool, in the bar area very noisy til the last person goes to bed. Otherwise no reception as such in the hotel, although the bar staff were friendly, no one cleaned my room for 3 days either

Review: We booked online a few days before arriving.

On arrival we were informed that guests extended there stay so rooms were not available for us.
The staff did not check the bookings before allowing the extension for existing guests.

Getting a refund took a long time and no assistance to getting us an alternative hotel.

Got the distinct impression it was just a "not my problem" vibe.

Overall very disappointed in the whole process.

Review: The area has not been cleaned thoroughly. The swimming pool is very deep, but there are no signs on the pool wall. The staff is indifferent. I hope everyone will improve and work better.

Review: I booked through Agoda. On arrival they told me that there is no room available and they didn’t check bookings through Agoda. After a long chat, they then gave me a room but it wasn’t the one that I booked. They then moved me to another room but still not the one that I booked. This was all at 9pm as I was checking in late. Really poor running of the business.

Review: Mình đã thanh toán tiền và đặt phòng nhưng khi đến lại k thấy ai ở nhà, k có quầy lễ tân, thấy cả bill nợ tiền nước ngta dán trc cửa. Liên hệ vs KS thì KS báo đã full phòng, báo bọn mình thuê chỗ khác, sẽ back lại tiền. Nhà cửa bẩn thỉu. Khi mình liên hệ thì nhân viên nói chuyện thái độ. Nên tránh xa ra mng, scam đó
