Review: First of all I have message a few times to get the check in instruction . And they demand that they will check me in the room. So I had to call them when arrive at the apartment lobby waited for sometime. When they came to check in to my room they demanded 1mill Dong as deposit. When I question this they said this is their company rules. If there is such a thing to take deposit they should have inform Agoda.

Review: Contacted the host via whatsapp, email and Agoda 2 days prior to check in with no response. Upon arriving at the airport, the host did not answer my phone call. It wasn’t until the 3rd attempt after arriving at the location, did the host finally answer the phone.
On day 2 of our stay, the wardrobe sliding door broke and fell on my son. On day 3, the bed broke when my husband sat on it. The kitchen tap was temperamental would only turn on if we randomly wiggled the nozzle. The apartment also came without a microwave. Absolutely terrible apartment and service - would not recommend.

Review: Listed on Agoda as if it is a hotel. This should only be listed on Airbnb only or flag it as an individually owned and serviced by an investment owner and not part of a hotel.

Listed as 5 stars but should be 3 star on Airbnb at best.

The assigned unit was minimally furnished and dirty/dusty. Mirrors on wall and glass doors and windows had hand/finger prints all over.

No TV or furniture in master bedroom which had the bed and one tiny night stand which barely fits a laptop charger, a couple of cell phones and a bottle of water.

No decoration- No pictures on walls. No night lights on master bedroom’s stand. The whole unit felt bland and cold.

No night stand or table in the other 2 smaller bedrooms.

All bed sheets and pillow sheets not ironed/pressed. Sign of a 3 star outfit.

“Fresh” Bed sheets are stained and off white. Took picture and sent to the "virtual" office on Viber. No improvement!

“Fresh” towels are stained and off white if they provided “white” towels. Other days would be different color towels.

Advertised on Agoda with daily disinfect cleaning but owner/manager states only 1 cleaning every 2 days upon request.

No email reminder when check-in date is approaching. Had to email the owner and asked where to meet him to get checked in.

Had to wait for 1/2hr for the manager to show up at the lobby of the building on check-in night. When showed up, she was not happy/welcoming and was wearing a running short and a tee shirt- not professional.

Not enough drinking water supply. For 4 people, they only provide 6x 350ml bottles (small bottle- not the regular size) of drinking water a day.

No in-room safe. When asked they brought over a tiny old safe (the one that uses a physical key) that could not be bolted down so it does not walk away with valuables. A compact HP laptop would not fit in this safe.

Rusting on supporting legs of the only couch in front of a TV. Wonder if this couch was used at the owner's home?

Unit is individually owned where laundry and cleaning service are done by this owner not by professionals as in hotels or aparthotels.

The washer in this unit is filthy when checking the filter. Got clothes dirtier after wash. Looks like this upright washer is more than 15 years old that the owner used. Rather than outfit the rental apartment with the new washer, the owner kept the new washer and moved the old/dirty washer into the rental unit.

Upon checking out, there is no bell service to bring the luggage down to the lobby. The whole building has only 1 cart for the luggage and the front lobby/security does not know where this cart is. They said someone borrow it and does not know when it would be returned. I had to look for it and did not want to wait and risk missing my flight.

Upon check in, they asked for cash deposit (without providing a receipt that they received the deposit).

They also send their policy showing charges to damaged/stained items such as Room card, bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets, towels, clogged toilet, etc… (never heard of this type of charges in other hotels before- in Asia or Europe!!)

No microwave, had to ask for it (a fully furnished 5 star rental?)

Owner/manger does not have an office in the building. All communications are on Viber.

Stay away from this type of family owned rental- you'll be happier and enjoyed your well earned vacation instead of the daily stress asking for missing items/amenities that are provided from hotels/aparthotels to make the stay more comfortable.

Review: The apartment is fully furnished. The bed is comfortable and clean. It is very worth the price. I will come back next time.

Review: I was really surprised about this apartment. It was more perfect than I expected. The house is extremely clean and beautiful, the furniture is modern, and the room decoration is extremely luxurious. The address is easy to find, located in the city center, convenient for travel. This is the most perfect vacation and travel spot. The host is enthusiastic and honest. I had a great stay here.
