Review: its just okay ..can fund better with the price
Positive points: Clean and cozy. Felt like home
Review: Feels like home and just a few minutes walk to the Ehwa shopping street! 1-2 stations away from Hongdae too since it’s right smack in the middle of Sinchon & Ehwa station. There’s a convenience store right below and plenty of food options around—highly recommended!
Positive points: The staff were very friendly and considerate. The room was equipped with cutleries, cookware, large fridge and freezer for those prefer to cook. It was comfortable
Negative points: I’m a gym person and use their gym almost everyday. However, the equipment need to be serviced and highly recommend to add some basic weights such as dumbbells

Review: It will be excellent if the quality of mattress is improved. The mattress is soft and it's bad for our backbones after a few nights of sleeping.
Positive points: First of all the location. 5 minutes or so walk from Sinchon station. Walking distance from Hongde and other popular places. nThe room is specious with a place to eat the breakfast you cooked in the kitchen. nWashing machine and dryer in the room!!nClean and a shower with a door unlike some other hotels we stayed in where you get the whole room wet. nThe people at reception were super nice.
Negative points: Maybe just a bit pricey.

Positive points: The location is great, close to the No. 2 subway station and many universities in the neighborhood. To travel to the city center, it only takes 2 to 4 subway stops. The staff member was very friendly and helped me call a taxi right away. I really appreciated the promptness.
Negative points: I had a stay before the Covid in the same hotel. The hotel remains roughly the same, but things do not appear to be highly maintained. The corridors look dark. The bed is too soft. The fridge, though very big for a hotel room, could be noisy when its compressor runs. I woke up one night to the serious humming produced by the fridge close to my bed. In addition to these disappointing details, no cleaning service is available. I had a mass of piled-up garbage. The door reads a message: don't bring the garbage out and call for service between 9 and 3. But my problem was I never got back during the day. The hotel should be more proactive in dealing with this basic service. I received minimum service close to one at a minimally run college dorm.
Review: In town for a weekend event in the area, have stayed here before and will stay here again.
Positive points: location
Negative points: In my room there was a very bad smell of naphthalene. I think it came from one of the next room. Besides from the next room somebody bounce a ball against a wall, every evening and and at night. For example he could do it at 2 o'clock at night.
Review: Toilet does not come with bidet and you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet. This is a big con for me. nnThe place feels more suited for long term travellers than short term. You get loads of cupboards, not much table top surface for stuff. nnWashing machine cum dryer is a plus. Location is great too.

Positive points: There is a small gym on B1. It doesn't have much equipment, but it was nice to be able to use. It was nice to have a washing machine! You can buy laundry detergent and other necessities in the convenience store connected to the building.

Negative points: night shift staff don’t really speak english, we had a hard time understanding each other and messed our check out date.
