Review: I will outline the full pros and cons for you to easily make a decision. First of all, this is a very large and modern house, suitable for young people as well as families, with spacious areas and a large garden, a wide parking garage, close to a main road with a beautiful valley view across the street. However, there are a few major and minor issues for me that led to some low ratings, even though the homeowner is very nice it must be difficult for her to manage everything alone with a small child. The road right in front of the house is under construction, making access quite dusty and inconvenient, and the homeowner should inform guests about this in advance. I booked a large double room with a balcony overlooking the garden the room has too many unnecessary shelves that clutter the space. After waking up in the afternoon, I found quite a few ants around the small cake I had left on the table. Worse, around 10 PM when I went outside and returned, I found several cockroaches on the table in front of the bed (different from the table above, and I had thrown away my cake outside the house in the afternoon). The bathroom design for the towel placement is inconvenient, as going out to get a towel or clothes after showering is uncomfortable in such a cold area. Although the homeowner changed my room, the fact that there is no insect spray in Vietnam is indeed strange and made me uneasy for both nights. The small room I was moved to got wet from the rain, forcing me to completely close the windows. The homeowner should install an additional screen door to prevent insects and mosquitoes and to manage the direct rain more effectively.
