Positive points: Staff was nice and helpful. Motobike rental service is available. Room is clean, nice and spacious. Variety of options for TV channels English and Vietnamese, some TV food shows in Korean and Japanese languages depends on the show time schedules.
Negative points: Noise from time to time in the morning. However, it was good at night time and I had a good sleep though.

Có sân đậu ô tô rộng, gia đình tới lúc mưa to, nhưng sân có mái hiên nên rất bất ngờ

The room is relatively tidy, the bed is clean, there is air conditioning, and the price is good during holidays for family trips. I support the host to continue maintaining it this way.
General feedback: in addition to the large water bottle, it would be helpful to add small water bottles in the room, pay more attention to the lighting in the stair area leading to the first floor for the elderly and children, and the hot water in the bathroom.

Review: Ksan đẹp ,anh chủ thân thiện nhiệt tình , có cho thuê xe máy ,gần trục đường chính ,phòng rộng tiện nghi chỉ thiếu tủ lạnh với snack nhưng vậy là rất ổn với giá tiền .
