Positive points: Exceptional value for money! A high standard thoughout!
Negative points: The only thing I would say is that the bath (in the room with the bath) needs cleaned properly after each guest as I had to clean it myself before using it.
Positive points: The host was very kind and helpfull, booked for us a ticket back to Saigon.
Negative points: there is no hot shower
Positive points: Absolutely beautiful gardens, super clean, bright rooms, excellent attention to detail. Nice quiet location just off the QL20 with nice views. Good range of room options at very reasonable prices. Will definitely stay again.
Review:
-Location: about 8km from the center of Bao Loc city. Taxi ride costs approximately 100,000 VND. The homestay offers motorcycle rentals, usually 100k/day for regular bikes and 150k/day for scooters, not including gas.
-There is a place to store belongings until check-in in the afternoon.
-The room is on the second floor, accessible by stairs.
-The room has a small loft with quite a nice view however, the homestay should provide an additional clip to hold the curtain back and a mattress with air conditioning in the loft. There is a small TV downstairs that can connect to YouTube (no Netflix), a small bathroom with weak water pressure and not enough hot water. There is a minor issue with the door that requires lifting it when locking. An iron and a hairdryer are provided.
-The homestay has a beautiful view and a decent shared bathroom.
Overall, it’s absolutely wonderful.
Positive points: Nice stop off on our way from HCMC to Dalat. Staff were friendly (even with limited English). The rooftop room was great - a beautiful view over the mountains
Negative points: Not really anything about the property, but the town has very limited food and shop options. Do not arrive hungry and without water - especially on a Sunday!

Positive points: Comfortable rooms in a nicely designed homestay with garden area for eating and drinking. Rooftop has great views over the surrounding hills. In a quiet location but close to the main road on the western side of Bao Loc. Great base for exploring Lam Dong province.
Positive points: The hosts where great helped us sort out bus tickets and getting my motorcycle posted to hcmc as I had a bad arm so couldn't ride. Very friendly beautiful place. Everything you need especially for the price
