Late check in with early check out so cannot comment on facilities.
A VERY SIMPLE BREAKFAST of one beverage and one main meal.
Presume buffet is in peak tourist season.
Positive points: Clean. Nice decor. Good buffets.
Negative points: Small room
Review: Clean, simple, not crowded, decent facilities. Will come back and also try their other property called Sandals Aquila, which seems good too. Good service at the lobby bar and e collect peach tea.

Positive points: Room not cleant till 4 pm even though put sign out from morning / room key not working properly / room entry has alarm which is very disturbing when side room person checks in late / reception staff English very poor or cant speak English

Review: When I arrived, I received the unfortunate news that Agoda had sent the wrong room request information to the hotel. However, the reception staff supported me very enthusiastically and quickly changed my room to match my original request. The security staff were also quite enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet had a few options but was acceptable they should maintain better cleanliness in the dining area.

Negative points: Cách âm các phòng quá tệ, khách khác đi chơi về khuya làm ồn ào cả ks vì cách âm không tốt nên chắc mọi người đều bị đánh thức. Cửa ra vào đóng khó và phát ra tiếng động quá lớn ảnh hưởng mọi phòng xung quanh. Khách tầng trên đi tiểu thì tẩng dưới cũng nghe....

Review: The receptionist agreed to "upgrade" the room to the same class as the room I booked. Even though I had booked the correct room class and only wanted to stay in the room class I had booked.
