Review: I've stayed there twice and it's very good.

Positive points: The rooms were very nice. We requested the best view and they delivered. I was here to spend time with my spouse's family, who are from this city, as well as to attend a wedding in the family. The accommodation is located in a very convenient area. The Cafe on the 3rd floor is very nice, and the rooftop lounge is even better. The staff was always helpful and even brought the drinks to our room.

Toilet paper and towels were available upon request (it helps when your spouse speaks vietnamese, which made things a lot easier) but I'm sure the staff would be able to help regardless. I will be coming back in the very near future!

Review: The room is relatively clean, with a nice view of the lake, but the toilet has a sewer smell.
The location is convenient for dining in the city.

Positive points: The Camellia is set sat right on the lake. We liked the hotel as it was very clean and had safe parking for motorbikes underneath.
There was an elevator from the underground parking spot direct to the rooms which made it easy when packing the motorbikes.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and some of them had a great view over the lake. The bed was very comfy and the bathrooms spacious. In the evenings it was a very short walk to some bars and restaurants that sat on the edge of the lake.
There is also a bank opposite the hotel which has a number of ATMs if you need money, although we did find in our case the maximum daily limit was only 2 million Dong.
The hotel staff were very pleasant although not much English was spoken. I will also add that they required payment in cash and had no facilities for credit card payment.
Overall the hotel was excellent value for money and I would have no hesitation in recommending it

Review: Great vacation
We had a great vacation here. Great location, close to attractions and easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom with hot water, friendly staff. The only thing that needs improvement is the Wifi, the coverage is still not very good and the speed is slower than 4G, the air conditioning needs improvement (it is quite noisy when set to low temperature) or an additional fan should be provided for extra cooling.

Review: The room is nice and new, however, the water heater doesn't get hot, so the shower will be cold.
