Positive points: Hotel is located close to the city center. The rooms are really big and spacious. The staff are really friendly!
Positive points: It was OK for the price
Negative points: The bed was way too hard to sleep in - I had back pain every morning which I never have. The shower worked terribly with little to no water running and it was so humid with no air conditioning so everything was constantly damped. Although the staff were very nice they were also very loud in the morning. Not worth saving a few bucks.
Positive points: Clean and quiet, good value
Negative points: Needed air conditioning for best comfort as fan was rather noisy.
Positive points: It is worth the price, staffs are friendly and the room is clean. I was surprised when entered the room, it exceeded my expectation. The locate is great, it is so convenient to get to all the highlights.
Review: the friendly staff, very clean, good price
Positive points: Quiet neighborhood, fast wifi, clean bathroom, new facilities. Staff is very nice and helpful. It's pretty close to the site seeing. Reasonable price ,so it's worth the money.
Negative points: Not many food choice in the town. Moreover, food is not tasty, except the Minh Long restaurant, which serves delicious meals with affordable price. The weather is nice and comfortable.
Review: Nothing was broken or falling off the walls like you may find at some of the more expensive hotels. Very clean, nice shower, great staff who recommended a very tasty local restaurant. Nice relaxing stay.
Positive points: The most I like is the rooms, very large, very high ceiling, big window, fresh air, clean bathroom, like a new building. We like this hotel a lot. This town is small, so easy to find food around. Seems sound proof as our kid sometime scream but not annoyed to other guests. And we also didn't hear any noise from other rooms.
Negative points: only can't pay by credit card, cash or bank transfer. It will be a little bit troublesome for foreigner who want to enjoy this hotel without cash, but the amount of money is not much, the guest should prepare enough to pay by cash in this town as well.

Positive points: This was a good place to stay on my way to Ho Chi Minh. Good under cover parking for my motorcycle. The room was comfortable and very clean. Nice bathroom with good hot shower. Good tv with English channels.
Review: Ksan mới đẹp, phòng quạt ko có máy lạnh. Nhưng mình đi mùa lạnh của bảo lộc nên ko ảnh hưởng. Toilet sạch rộng. Tuy nhiên phòng kế bên hồ bơi công cộng cho học sinh học bơi nên buổi sáng rất ồn

Negative points: The location is bit far off the town centre, no air conditioning but the fan is sufficient in this area, it's naturally cool at night.
