Seven Sea Villa Hotel Apartment - 100m to the beach

Review: I love their full kitchen, washing machine (you just need to ask how to operate it), and the safety of the area.

Positive points: Great location to the beach and lovely coffee shops

Review: Nice place and location, about 5 minutes on motorcycle front central bar and shopping area, 2 minutes walk to a nice beach.
Room cleaned to a high standard every day, plenty of channels on TV and USB worked which was good.
Only disappointment the size of the pool, just a large tank, ok to cool down, on the roof.

Positive points: The location is fine but got confused with the Seven Sea Hotel! The staffs were good, attentive.

Review: We had 2 bedroom apartment. Quite spacious
The location is really nice, close to the beach, and there is coffee place w same name under it with awesome coffee, smoothies. The staff is great, very nice and very helpful. They helped us with all our needs. Area is pretty calm, but there were a few party people drinking and shouting here and there and some had special talent with moving chairs/tables without stopping. Most of the time it was peaceful though.
Beds are super comfy and internet is very fast and w good signal.
When we moved in the floor was a bit "sticky"/dirty and a bit musty smell, however later we had room service everyday and they cleaned the floor nicely so no issues after that and on general was clean, nothing crawling around. A bit of dust in unseen places.
Also refilling the water every day, towels, there is a place to park the bike in the garage as well, so it was a pleasent stay!
Hot water sometimes takes awhile to get there, but it does get there :)
Kitchen is a bit smaller and the display of induction was not working completely, but once we got used to it, we could cook well enough. Not a huge amount of plates and bowls, but we managed (and maybe staff would bring us more if we asked).
Oh in one shower the floor was tilted in the wrong direction, so water mostly drained next to the toilet, so it can contribute to more moisture and not freshest smell, but also nothing major.
So while there are a few flaws, overall it is a pleasant apartment, staff is amazing and very helpful, location is great with massages, coffee places, restaurants around, close to the beach.
Haven't tried the pool on the roof

Review: The management is not able to locate our booking when we arrived which caused delays in our trip and supposed rest travelling 12 hours from Hanoi. They mentioned that they are fully booked and hence cannot accommodate use. Nonetheless, they were kind to transfer us to the adjacent hotel - a more modernized one - which they also own.

Review: if u like quite place and be close to the centre choose this. Room was great bed super comfy and internet was insanely fast. This all u can have for very affordable price.

Positive points: Great location not too far off from the beach! The hotel was very near to the beach and had convenience stores nearby if you needed anything else the hotel doesn't already offer
