Review: shower in bathroom has extremely hot water on 9th floor could not shower properly, and the shower drain wasn’t working so there ended up being water all over the bathroom floor. They didn’t separate the shower from toilet either
Positive points: Love the place, the greeting, the view. All top excellent!

Negative points:
Room very noisy as room 9 next to pool and people came to smoke and drink late at night. Also water tank on rooftop above us and made a noise when people flushed the toilet or had a shower.
Shower was scalding or freezing. Kettle but no cups.

Positive points: Nice location and for the price the room is alright.
Negative points: The room we have got did not match any description or pictures, it felt like a shed on the ground floor, trough the window you could only see brick wall nothing else...Room was by an elevator and we kept hearing everyone, also at night someone at the reception was playing loud videos all night and it was hard to sleep. No electric kettle which was promised when booking. There were a lot of ants running around, and some other weird larvaes chilling around or on the bed, was not very pleasant...we booked a double room for a couple but half of it was crowded with a double kids bed for some reason? Hot water took a while to come in the shower sometimes...overall a bad experience especially because or room did not match the pictures at all and was very small! Also wi-fi was quite slow
Review: The place is so close to fun stuff especially the food and the beach.
Positive points: it's a great stay for a couple of nights near the beach and around nice bars and restaurants staff was helpful and there was a great coffee shop opposite which we went to every day. The pool was also a decent size which is hard to find
Negative points: the double room was quite small and wifi wasn't always the best

I recently stayed at Sea Wind Da Nang for 9 nights, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, making it incredibly convenient for our plans.
The hotel offers good value for the price, and you get what you pay for. However, my only issue was with the hot water in the shower. It took an unusually long time to heat up, which was a bit frustrating, especially during the colder days.
Despite this, the stay was satisfactory, and the location was the highlight. With a bit of improvement in the shower facilities, this hotel could be even better.

Positive points:
Family room was spacious, we loved the divider giving us privacy. Super clean room with fresh towels and cleaning down daily and no damp smell. Pool was clean too.
No early check in but the sweet receptionist let me use the staff shower and gave me free tea.
Location was great. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, markets and the dragon bridge!
Negative points: Nothing.
