Review: A quite good place near beach.

Positive points: We searched for a long time to find a place with separate spaces. We got a room with a view of the neighboring building, and at first, I was a bit disappointed. But in reality, it turned out to be a plus—it was quiet, with no outside noise, and there was still plenty of natural light, so it wasn't a problem at all.

We also really liked the host you can see that she takes great care of the house. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Another great feature is that you can exchange currency and crypto right on the ground floor—super convenient! Plus, the guys handling the exchange downstairs look like security, so no strangers will enter the building. It feels very safe.

Thank you for the cozy stay! The neighborhood is also great.

Review: The room is clean, comfortable, fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, cooking stove... The owner is friendly and enthusiastic. There is a motorcycle rental service available. Overall, the house is very good!

Positive points: I absolutely loved it. Its beautiful, modern, and very clean. It has everything you need an more. Microwave, hotplate, washing machine (clean and easy to use), fridge, utensils, cutlery, kitchenware, TV (with a few English channels), cupboards for clothes, hairdryer (not too powerful), very comfortable bed and pillows, aircon and fan. Very safe area, close to everything you need (convenience stores, spa, beach, restaurants). They close the building at night, but you still have access, no matter what time of the night.
WIFI is good. A lot of power points in the apartment.
No elevator, but that is not a problem (they help with the bags).
Very friendly, and nice host and staff.
The room on the 3rd floor does not have an ocean view, but you can see the palm trees.

Review: The apartment is spotless, and there’s a lady that cleans the unit (up to on how often you want them to clean, could be everyday, if you want it) and they change beddings every 3 days which is perfect! The apartment has all the basic facilities - kitchen, washer, fridge.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach and there are many shops close to the apartment.

For people with mobility issues, you may not want to book this place as they dont have elevator.

Positive points: The staff was very friendly. I visited in December. It was super cold in a room, so the staff provided one more blanket. I still could barely sleep because of the cold. The apartment itself was lovely, with a fridge, kitchen, and kitchen table. The apartment was a lil bit off the road,but several restaurants were withing 5 mins walk.

Highly recommended, the owner and staff are very lovely and enthusiastic.
There is also a service for renting motorbikes (just call ahead to request, and the bike will be ready).
The location is not too far from the beach, right in the western neighborhood (behind Muong Thanh hotel).
I will definitely return if I come to Da Nang next time.

Positive points: It’s a small building with 4 floors, 2 apartments at each floor. Upper floors, front side are the best to my opinion though keep in mind that there is no elevator. The room is split by a glass wall as you can see on the profile pictures. It’s a good location, just few mins walk to the beach. Quiet street with all facilities next door, do check out the juice shop ! There’s no reception desk, better to make an appointment for checkin, but in our case the owner left a note with the key and we paid the following day (cash only).

We booked the sea view apartment but to be honest it’s not really a ‘sea view’ although it didn’t bother us too much. There are good amentities like the washing machine and it’s a quiet area apart from some dogs barking in the area out the front.
