Positive points: Such a great spot for a fun party without disturbing others. Pretty pool and great surf

Negative points: A little tough to find because they can’t say it is within the Hyatt property

Positive points: Very spacious villa with all comforts. Tan is very attentive and helped us with the check in at the very busy Hyatt reception.

Negative points: Villa complex is part of the Hyatt, which is a large hotel complex. Staff at the pool bar restaurant did not seem to be very motivated and it was sometimes difficult to order.

Our host Miss Tan was very friendly and kind. Will be back for sure.

Positive points: Good position. Nice space, good facilities. Near the beach, in a good resort. Easy to access.

Negative points: The bathrooms, especially the showers are not very well maintained and can use some replacement of the sanitary items, and fixing of the sower drain.

Positive points: The property is being well maintained and the hospitality from Tan was outstanding. She was very kind and responsive at all the times. For a group of 4 people the apartment would serve really well.
