Review: Very disappointed!!!! Originally, I booked a 5-bedroom villa for 4 nights but was forced to switch to a 4-bedroom for the first two nights. The 4-bedroom was older and had poor water pressure and temperature control.

The gym was incredibly small, equipped with just one treadmill and a few other machines, which felt inadequate. The beach location was close but had strong waves, making swimming impossible. Additionally, there were no amenities like a mahjong table or water sports, and the remote location lacked a convenient store.

While the management waived the USD 25 BBQ stove rental fee due to the room issues, they charged me VND 100,000 (about USD 4) for breaking a normal mug, which felt excessive. The food from Nep Restaurant was also disappointing.

The last 2nights at 5-bedrooms Villa is better, but overall, my stay did not meet expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Positive points: Don’t waste your money or time with this accommodation.

Review: 세친구가족이 함께 한 첫여행 기대하며 금액도 착해서 예약했는데 체크인이나 처크아웃때 매니저분이 편하게 숙소로 오셔서 해주고
조식은 숙소로 셰프님이 오셔서 직접 차려주시고 먹기만 하면 되고 나중엔 치워도 주고 대접받는 느낌이었어요 다음번 여행도 여기로 하고 싶어요

Review: As a Family Group Australian / Vietnamese staying at this location was very relaxing, some maintenance is required and the Cafe is very expensive, but the location is very quiet and very central to travel to all the tourist locations.
Lots of Seafood restaurants just a grab taxi away.
Hoi Ann is just 30 min away and definitely work the travel, best on a Weekend night.
Overall great family location.

Review: 오션 리조트 빌라 4bedroom을 예약했다가 금액을 더 내면 The Ocean Estates로 업그레이드 해줄수있다고 해서 고민하다가 업그레이드를 했어요
The Ocean Estates 도착하니 룸에서 우리를 담당하는 메니저가 밝게 맞아주고 빌라 사용에 문제 없게 하나하나 다 설명해줬어요
그때그때 궁금한걸 카톡으로 물어볼수있고 바로바로 대답해주니 큰 불편없이 잘 지내다왔습니다
C-1에서 머물렀는데 수영장 관리가 잘 되어있고 뒤에 집이 없는 가든이라 다른 사람 신경쓰지않고 즐길수있어서 좋아요
집 싸이즈 인테리어 흠잡을게 없이 좋았는데 집이 워낙 크다보니 바닥에 먼지가 느껴져서 청소 부탁드렸더니 미안할 정도로 몇번을 닦으며 깨끗하게 청소해주셨어요
호텔 조식이 아닌 쉐프가 와서 조식을 해주는거라 블로그 찾아보시고 결정하시면 될거같아요
일주일을 베트남에 있으면서 이곳저곳 다녀봤는데 대가족이 지내기에 이보다 더 좋은 숙소는 없는거같아요
The Ocean Estates 적극 추천합니다

Review: 일단 가성비는 짱입니다. 방이 네개인데 1박에 비용이 성수기에도 비싸지 않았어요. 독채라서 저희가족끼리 쉴 수 있는 점이 장점이자 단점입니다. 호텔과 비교하였을 때.

조식뷔페가 맛은있었는데 좀 비싼편이고요. 버기는 좀 오래기다려야되고, 대응이 호텔보다는 떨어지는 점 어쩔 수 없을 것 같고.

위치가 좀 별로에요. 시내 나갈 일이 정말 많은데, 장을 보거나 음식점을 가거나하는게 근처에는 없고 거의 다 다낭시내에 있어요. 근데 그랩으로 25분정도 거리라서 좀 불편합니다. 그랩비용도 차 두대로 움직이니까 꽤 비싸더라고요.

가성비 생각해서 이정도 감안할 수 있다면 추천합니다.
