Savoy Hotel

Review: Simple basic hotel. nGood location. Plus point is a short walk from the subway station. Staffs are helpful and polite.nThe Beansbins Coffee on the second floor serves good coffee though, not too acidic which we liked. Was told that the used the Columbia beans.

Positive points: The property is located in a centralized area. Easy to get around the area. Much to do around there.

Review: Clean hotel, located right at Myeongdong Street. We stayed in the room with 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed. Room was spacious enough to open 3 big luggage.

Positive points: Great location. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. As suggested by the hotel staff, we took the airport express bus to Incheon airport as bus pick up point was very close to the hotel.

Review: Location is the best. 5-10mins walk to Myeongdong station. A lot of shops, restaurants, food stalls whatever you need is within reach. Room is clean and spacious. Comfy bed, good lighting in the room. Staffs are kind and polite.nDuring my stay, the only downside is the breakfast. I thought the breakfast will be buffet style, but apparently it is set meal at next door cafe. Choose between waffle or porridge only, drinks also can only choose coffee/plain milk/orange juice no other choices, which is inconvenient for our group. (My parents eat rice for breakfast, some also prefer tea for morning). Breakfast time is a bit late too, start at 8am. If you join day tour (assembly around 7-8am), surely cannot have breakfast at hotel. nBut overall, I highly recommend Savoy Hotel. Surely will stay in this hotel again if come to Seoul. Thank you.

Positive points: It’s accessibility to shopping center

Review: No doubt, great location for the price. Is a decent accommodation if you are travelling outside most of the time the room is purely for resting. The room appears abit old. The toilet has an high curb (almost a step up) so if you have knee problem and are tall, there maybe a problem. Other than that, is a good place to stay if you are not picky.

Positive points: Very well situated near metro and shops but still quiet

Review: Spent 4 days at this great location. Room is big for 3 of us and there is ample space for us to open up 2 big luggages. I love the fact that the convenience store is just downstairs which also has a coin laundry next to it. nnStaff are friendly and we appreciate the cleaning lady so much. She stopped us one day to pass us umbrellas while we are on our way out to the lifts to go downstairs. We did not know it was raining before that. Small gesture but speaks a lot about the hospitality of this hotel. nnLocation is great! In the middle of all the action!

Review: very good location especially when there are a lot of walking required in seoul. the major stores are nearby and there are a variety of food options. the best part is the less than 3 min walk to myeong dong station which connects you to all the different attractions. be sure to get the climate card as we used the train quite a lot. the facilities are a little old but still usable.

Positive points: We love the location of this hotel as it was near the subway station and near the Myeongdong street. There was also a washer and dryer, and a GS25 downstairs so if we needed to do laundry or buy something those places were literally downstairs outside the lobby. The place is clean and staff were very friendly! If your flight comes in earlier than the check in time, you’re able to leave your luggage in the lobby. We will definitely be booking this place again when we come back! :)

Review: We love the location very near in myeondong are.

Positive points: Perfect location in midst of street market with easy access to shopping, eateries, MeongDong Station subway. Room was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the free bottles of water, amenities, and the secured hotel access at night. Staff allowed luggage storage after check-out.

Review: My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel, The hotel's location was ideal! We were able to walk to many of the city's attractions and restaurants, making our trip very convenient. The staff were also nice and always ready to assist us. Will definitely book again next time
