San Palace Hotel

Review: Our first time in Vietnam and what a wonderful first stay! The staff were amazing! The location was great! The breakfast buffet was varied and a great start to the day! Even tried passion fruit and dragonfruit for the first time. Great mix of Vietnamese and western food.

Positive points: The staff was outstanding could not do enough for you. Helped with any query. How to get to site seeing places.
The rooms immaculate and bed so comfy.
Best location to stay on round the corner from train street and easy access to other sites

Review: Loved our stay. The rooftop pool was really refreshing and a great break from the busy streets. Breakfast was best quality and variety of anywhere we stayed. Shower was best we had with great pressure and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Staff also very friendly and welcoming.

Review: Hotel is nice, but the staff made all the difference. From entering to exiting, they were wonderful, our cruise was cancelled due to the typhoon but we were able to stay an extra couple of nights thanks to the exceptional staff.

Positive points: Excellent location, good value and an oasis from the craziness of the city - all the main sites are within walking distance and Daff and the team were super helpful in helping arrange transport from the airport to hotel making it hassle free. We'd booked a room at the front but ended up with a room at the back as quieter. Breakfast was great with wide range of hot and cold items. The beds were really comfortable compared to some hard beds on our travels.

Positive points: We loved the location of the hotel! So easy to get everywhere. The staff were lovely and a special mention goes to the staff who were working on Lunar New Year’s Day !! They were incredibly helpful and wonderful as we checked out and required airport transport. They made us feel very comfortable in the lobby as we waited then escorted us to the car also. All while smiling and chatting with us :) :)

Review: The staff are super helpful and great location walking distance to the railway cafes and night markets. The and rooftop bar are a bit small and need a bit of an update but still a great hotel with comfy beds

Review: They did not have our room so they gave us a lower priced room. A lot of mishaps during the stay. Staff is not well trained.

Review: The hotel looks great, clean, perfect location, and the staff is very kind, smiling and helpful. We repeated the stay here twice, since we were traveling around hanoi, and we liked staying here, so we rebooked. Recommended

Positive points: Where to start. Well the staff were lovely. Tracy greeted us when we arrived and told us all about the area. We were given a list of local restaurants with their cuisine. A list of places to see with a map. They upgraded our room with no extra cost. They gave us free ware daily and changed our towels. Breakfast was really good too. There was another lady whose name I can’t remember but she spoke great English in an English accent. She too was very helpful. Thank you to everyone there, that made our stay so enjoyable.
