Review: Nice place with full facilities

Positive points: The hotel is too old and need a major revamp

Review: Booked 2 rooms, one of main room door cant close properly. I did not take any pic for my reviews as i'm wondering, even if me or any other guests attached photos to justify our stay and experinces, does the management level and staffs take every reviews seriously and improved on some points or flaws??!!! On my point of view, the hotel lacks of everything. From preparing the room, the customer service provided upon arrival and checked out, breakfast part is the worst.!!!!!

Positive points: I would like to say a big thank you to Erika for bday decoration in my daughter's room. My family really appreciated it .Their service was excellent although it just a 3 star hotel.

Review: The price is a bit high, but overall it was a good stay. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and easy to access. There are also some great bars nearby with affordable beer prices. I would recommend this place if you're looking for comfort and convenience.

Positive points: The city view from the room was facing towards Nagoya Hill.

Review: Staff here is great and they try their best to help you on all the issues.nnAnd there are alot of issues in our stay, I cannot put the blame on the staff because all these are aging related issue on all the furnitures and appliances.nnFirst issue we encounter are the aircon being not cold, and staff helped us by sending a technician that says the air con is fine and finally help us changed to another room. Unfortunately, it is still the same and the single bed has a missing headboard. We can only say the Aircon is very old and that is probably best it can do.nn2nd issue is on the first room before changing is the toilet sink, the whole tap is whobby.nn3rd issue is on my kids room, their hair dryer is not working and techinician help to dismantle and assemble another one that is working.nn4th issue is the kids room toilet light, 1 of thennbulb is fused and technician made another trip to replace it. 5th issue is our TV remote, it is in such a badnnshape that u can see it had been split in half but taped together. And sometimes u press the button, it doesnt work. We are too tired to do anymore changes. So we just let it be.nnHotel really needs a big revamp.

Review: Hotel amenities are dirty, including bed.nFor the same price, i can get a better room in other hotel

Positive points: the swimming pool is clean, staffs are good, food is great. we ordered dinner via room service and food is delicious.
