Review: I was stuck in elevator for 10 mins in dark, emergency button was not working either. Very bad maintenace.nnBesides that my stay was ok, room was as expected, aircons were good, all other things were good as well.

Negative points: The Aircon on the 2nd room not cold, the place is a little far from supermarket

Positive points: It is located in a quiet place and stone throw from a Chinese seafood restaurant.
Negative points: The building is very rundown, the main lock is very fragile. There is someone smoking in the common area & the smoke can be detected from our unit. There are stains on the bedsheets. The Aircon units are very noisy.

Negative points: 1) Need to change to clean utensils. n2) Need to implement room services. n3) Need to have land line phone in all units for easy communications.
