Review: Phòng ngủ nhỏ chật chội, có mùi thuốc tẩy ở chăn ga rất nặng khiến mình nhức đầu và ngứa ngáy khó ngủ. Tủ đồ cũng nghe mùi khó chịu. Ko có cách âm nên khách bên ngoài đi đêm về nói chuyện ồn ào...
Positive points: The staff was so nice and helpful, rented bike from them and helped us with taxi to the bus station. Good value for money. The room looks pretty and has balcony.
Negative points: Typical Vietnamese hard bed. Could have been cleaner (for example: the exterior of the toilet bowl had stains of urine). The cleaning lady does not vacuum every day, only picks the trash and makes the bed.
Review: Facilities are very good and the room is clean.
Positive points:
The staffs are extremely friendly, the location is great, right in the heart of Vinh Long

Positive points: the hotel is clean and good customer service. easy to find and near lots of restaurants
Negative points: the room actually very small, tight. the AC is working very slow, taking few hours to cool down.
Review: The room is fine and everything is clean, the staff is enthusiastic, but when wanting to go outside late at night, the hotel locks the main door, and it requires the security guard to open it. It would be better if there were more flexibility for coming in and out at night.
Positive points: They do make an delicious pho downstairs. Go eat there and find a better hotel.
Negative points: The state of the bedroom was simply not up to our standards. Beware the photos: they DO NOT represent accurately the room. The carpet was dirty and stained, the bed was very small and not comfy, the bathroom was barely clean.

Positive points: Vị trí ở trung tâm thành phố, phòng tắm có chuẩn bị đầy đủ dụng cụ vệ sinh. Nước uống và đồ ăn đa dạng (nên để thêm menu báo giá). Có điện thoại hotline trong phòng tiện liên hệ với khách sạn. Cửa sổ phòng rộng, có các chế độ đóng mở khác nhau. Có wifi cho từng phòng
Negative points: Âm thanh ở ngoài lọt vào phòng, ổ điện đầu giường ko đủ cho sạc điện thoại, muốn sạc phải rút dây wifi, bình đun siêu tốc trong đó vẫn còn túi trà của khách trước đó. Không thấy romote tivi. Cần chú ý khâu vệ sinh hơn nữa

Positive points: Cách bố trí trong phòng logic và tiện nghi, cảm giác rất thoải mái

Positive points: Địa điểm rất thuận lợi, nhân viên nhiệt tình, phở Bát Đá của khách sạn ngon cực kỳ :)
