Review: The rooms are spacious, clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. Overall it's good, but two points should be noted: 1) there should be hand soap at the sink for brushing teeth and washing face 2) there are still places in the bathroom where water leaks quite a lot, causing dampness and waste.
Positive points: The place is clean.
Negative points: The Hotel is supposed to be none SMOKING, but we can smell the odor of cigarettes.when I'm checking out the receptionist is telling me that I had a laundry bill even though I have not requested such a service..

Positive points: I like how they put effort into every single detail, to make the guest be as much comfortable as possible.

Positive points: Large room and clean and comfortable bed .
Negative points: Too far from the main city center very few restaurants nearby. . Breakfast offering is a bowl of Pho.
Review: staff not friendly, room is smelling and dirty.
Positive points: The bed in this hotel provided an exceptionally comfortable experience, which greatly enhanced my overall stay. I highly commend the comfort and quality of the bedding.
Negative points: In my opinion, the air conditioning unit appears outdated and is poorly positioned, as it's located on the wall next to the window. This results in uneven cooling distribution, with the air pull-out directed towards the desk and television, rather than the bed area, which is situated behind it. Additionally, the absence of a fan restricts the ability to circulate cool air effectively throughout the room, particularly towards the bed. Furthermore, the proximity of the motorcycle parking area to neighboring houses, rather than within the hotel premises, poses inconvenience.

Máy lạnh yếu, không đủ hơi lạnh dù đã chỉnh đến 18 độ là thấp nhất. Tôi có nhờ nhân viên lên xem thì 1 cô nhân viên ca đêm lên xem nhưng cô này hình như không biết gì, chỉ nhìn remote đã chỉnh đến 18 độ nói là đã chỉnh đến nhiệt độ thấp nhất rồi, hết cách bảo là có gì ngày mai tôi nhờ bên bảo trì đến sửa trong khi ngày mai tôi sẽ check out.
Positive points: This hotel is located on a very busy, noisy street. Several small restaurants and a Winmart grocery store are within easy walking distance. The breakfast that is provided with our stay was actually very good. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor and has a pretty good view of the surrounding area. The hotel staff was good but, the restaurant staff was even better as they were very efficient and friendly.
Negative points: The front desk would only issue 1 room key. That room key must be in a slot for the A/C and electricity to work, I like to go exercise in the early morning while my wife sleeps and if she is still sleeping when I finish, I have to wake her up to get back in the room. We stayed for 12 nights and it would have been much more convenient for us to have a second key.
