Review: This is OK, but very basic. You will hear the early morning cocorocooo, reminding you that you are on the countryside.
Positive points: Very friendly host and family. We enjoyed our stay with our friends there.
Review: Nice place, very nice people.
Positive points:
A nice peaceful stay with a lovely family. The host was helpful with explaining how to get there from HCM city. Dinner was prepared upon arrival which was delicious.
We we able to book activities, all at reasonable prices. The boat tour was very nice, cycling around an binh was fun as the local children joined us. We did a cooking class and prepared ourselves a delicious lunch. Overall, a very nice place to visit away from the big city.
Review:
Pros:
- very clean, way less bugs in the room and the bathroom than I expected
- good breakfast
Cons:
- I didn't get a good sleep in the double room, because it is not closed off. I heard every noise very well: roosters, barking dogs, talking people, a hedge trimmer, ... The noise cancellation in the bungalows is way better.
Positive points: Nice homestay and location. We had dinner and it was very good. The next day we took 2 bicycles and visit around for few hours. In general a good experience.
Review: the family is very supportive and friendly. I was enjoying so much their garden and neighborhood. Highly recommend for who are looking for place stay away from busy life in city
Positive points: Quiet, peaceful, clean and good food
Negative points: The pillow could have been less harder
Review: Very good location. We are 2 French and were in the Twin Room. It's clean and very comfortable. Beautiful garden. The hosts are very welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and cooked by the family. Bikes are available for free. The husband organizes boat tours to discover the island and its surroundings. He is very attentive, lets us take our time. We enjoyed a 6h boat ride on the mekong with a visit to the Cai Be Floating Market, a garden with honey / tea tasting, a factory of homemade sweets and the Tam Ho Farm ($ 15 per nobody, cheaper if other people join you). It was wonderful. Do not hesitate to ask for help with transport, they can help you to book your tickets and take you to the ferry. We will come again without hesitation !!!
Positive points: Gorgeous place, extremely kind and nice!! The breakfast is amazing. On the last day, I left very early and they insisted on preparing breakfast for me before I left 😍
Review: We stayed only 1 night but really enjoyed it. The owners are so friendly and very helpful. The women cooks very well homemade fresh food !
Review: Very kind and friendly family run homestay. Great place to relax away from traffic noise and the set dinners are superb. Highly recommended.
Review: Nice place, Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money
Review: All was great, our host took great care of us from getting picked up at the ferry, cooking with the family for dinner, amazing food, fun boat tour on the Mekong, rooms are quiet and clean.
Review:
Room was almost the size or the bed also it doesnt have a roof so we could hear our neighbours way too much. Not ideal to rest, I would recommend to go for a bungalow.
Otherwise, the place is very nice and we loved the owner and her brother and sisters. They booked a bus to da nang for us, dropped us to the ferry in the morning very early and even prepared a takeaway breakfast :)
It's not exactly a homestay, as you don't really spend time integrating with the family. The dinner they offer is big but too expensive (at least the vegetarian set)
Nice hammocks area to chill during the day while having a beer (cheap price for drinks)
