Positive points: We loved the pool! And the bed was so comfortable. It was a very nice, spacious room. Such a good spot for a family!

Negative points: It was a bit older and could use some upgrades, but overall we had a wonderful stay.

Review: Hotel is very old and dated. But for the price was ok. Didn’t love the location and pool was small. Bears no resemblence to the photos.nRoom was huge, bed was comfy and for price £20 was ok. If it was more than that I’d have been very very disappointed

Positive points: The room was very spacious. Big bed and bathtub. Nice swimming pool and the staff were friendly. Chris the receptionist was super helpful. It’s very easy to take a crab car in Hanoi, the hotel is a 7 min ride from old quarter

Negative points: Inability of the staff to use their discretion. This was my 3rd stay in the space of 10 days and although my room was ready I couldn’t check in 1hour and 40 minutes early. Disappointed after a very early start to get back to Hà Nội.

Review: Good for families wanting a bigger room ,no noise ,very quite. Nice swimming pool . Breakfast is basic ,but get you thru . Fidge. Microwave and Hot kettle in the kitchennet is a mighty help.

Positive points: Friendly Staff. Property was very rustic and really in tune with the nature of Hanoi. Extremely peaceful.

Negative points: Well, nothing really. You get what you pay for, in the good sense.

Positive points: Very quiet, and good location. the pool was clean and has sun loungers around it (the only issue is that the shallow end is very shallow). Room is big, bed is big and comfy, nice view from balcony. If you want a quiet place with a pool, for the money it’s ok.

Negative points: OK.. it’s clear the owner does not care about this hotel and is probably just waiting to sell to developers. The place is dated, and previous bad reviews mean not many people use it (which is actually a positive for me). They show a picture of a pool table, but you can’t use this as it’s in a room full of junk - so take the picture of pool table down from the site! Staff are nice, but things like asking for towels to be put around the pool etc is a bit annoying.
