Review: The host is so good and property is very neat and clean
Positive points: Hostess was great ! My room I booked had damage do it and they upgraded me for the same price which was amazing ! Very friendly and easy to book transportation to where I needed!!:)
Negative points: No complaints 👌🏻
Review: Nice location, and accommodations were great
Positive points: The views from the rooftop room we had were excellent, the facilities in the room were also great with a smart TV, powerful AC and lovely shower/wet room. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English so communication was fantastic.
Negative points: The door to our room had a tinted glass effect which was not dark enough to obscure the room fully so from the outside you could see in to a degree which felt a bit uncomfortable as there were staff members outside the room on occasion doing washing. As I mentioned the rooftop views were absolutely incredible, however, the lift didn't go all the way and you had to climb a very steep set of stairs (almost a ladder) to reach the rooms. For us this was fine but some people could struggle so bare in mind that the floor below the rooftop may be better for you to stay in.

My room was not as clean as I would like.
The last floor must be reached by climbing some dangerous stairs.
Review: Location was good, walkable distance to Dragon bridge, Son Tra night market and My Khe beach. They provided us with a scooter (good condition) on rental. staff and host was very friendly and helpful. Room didn't have any view as shown in images. The only small window opened to some construction works happening next to the building. This also made resting during day time difficult due to the construction sound.
Positive points: Hotel owners Very polite, helpful and friendly, the hotel itself is near the beach. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have panoramic windows which was an additional plus.
Review: The room is clean and it has Netflix. Very comfortable to rest and relax after whole day of walking. Only 8mins walking to the beach!
Positive points: We had a wonderful stay! The owners were very nice and helpful! They helped us arrange transportation to the airport, tours and gave advice on what to do in the city. Would stay here again! :)
Review: Amazing place
Positive points: The staff, the owners, we’re very friendly and accomodating. We had a wonderful time in Da Nang because we stayed in Oasis. Definitely recommend this hostel.

Review: The apartment is equipped with new, modern and clean facilities. It is located near the city center and has adequate parking space. However, there is no washing machine as described.
Positive points:
Great location, second time I’ve stayed here, short walk to the beach and dragon bridge. The staff are great, friendly and helpful.
Room is good value, a little tired around the edges but an overall great stay.

Review: We stay for a couple days, the owners were nice and helpful. The room was perfect for few nights.
Positive points: The host was excellent..service top notch. I forgot my ring and was depressed due to the incident but the owner was kind he made sure my trip wasn't spoiled and he took care of everything till the last stop. They helped us throughout our stay. They suggested many tourist spots and even helped us by providing feasible transport facilities.
Negative points: There's nothing not to like.

Positive points: Staff was friendly. Location was good. Room was spacious, shower was good. Good stay after long flight.
Negative points: Sheets looked dirty. I mentioned it to the reception. Sheets and pillowcase were washed but there was stubborn dirt, like mascara.
