Price wise good and bed was good. Make sure to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste since the one provided is bad quality. and shower gel has not been provided. Maybe a miss?
Otherwise staff was nice.
Positive points: The location was good, close to the airport but without air traffic noise.
Negative points: The room cleaning time is always a bit late or hasn't been done yet when I get back to the room around the evening.
Review: Most of the staff very friendly and helpful, aside from the old guy who was slightly intimidating. I hope to stay again. There were a few quirks like the lock bolt latch being screwed in the wrong way. The location is close to airport, a few kms to the city centre so use Grab or taxi.
Positive points: Great location, very convenient to get to and from the airport or various bus stops. The owner and the managers are very helpful, answered every question we had and even let us store our bags for a day after we checked out early.
Negative points: Some extra utensils or plates in the room would be very useful, like forks, knife or something other than just 2 teacups.

The hotel near TSN airport, close to Hoang Hoa Tham street, has many dining options available even late at night, convenient for those waiting for connecting flights.
The rooms are clean and quiet, and the friendly staff is available for late check-in. They provide all necessary amenities such as towels, toothpaste, shower gel/shampoo, and an electric kettle. Free 2 bottles of water + tea bags + coffee.
Overall, very satisfied ^^ The price of around 350k/night for two people is fantastic <3

Review: The hotel is near the airport, very convenient for business trips. The room is clean, spacious, and fully equipped. There is nothing to complain about.
Positive points: Honestly, I didn't like anything about this experience. I picked this hotel because I mistakenly booked a reservation with the wrong dates at a different hotel. This hotel was the only thing available.
Negative points:
-Location is far from the center. There's nothing happening during the weekends
-Customer Service needs improvement. Staff can't speak English, and when they try, they cause problems.
- Twin Beds are hard and tiny. They are not suitable for adults
-Manager is also very rude. I asked to use an iron to iron a shirt for a meeting I had to attend. I was told no because of the city's fire code. She told me that I (35 year old) could cause an explosion by ironing a shirt!!! Meanwhile, I could smoke cigarettes all day in the room 🤔🙄 Where's the logic in that?!
- Expensive for this location. I will research better the next time
