Positive points: This was a very good surprise. The place is well located, right next to the city center and the old market. The room is spacious with good facilities (the shower worked very well, the ac, the tv and everything else). It is a great value and the best hotel I stayed during the Ha Giang Loop

The mattress was very hard, like it was made of wood.
Also the staff wasn't as friendly as in other placed we've stayed
Positive points: The back room was quiet and light. There was a bedside table, light switch and plug socket next to the bed (quite rare in Vietnam).
Negative points: The neon light in the room didn't completely turn off unless you turned off completely the electricity in the room. There wasn't often someone at reception to ask for information

Positive points: Rooms are very clean with privative bathroom. The place is very close to old centre and Sunday's market. However, my room was very quiet Staff very kind and helpful
