Positive points: New. Clean. Quiet. Friendly. Good bike parking. Food & coffee within walking distance. Windowless rooms offered apx 110-150k. I chose window room for some natural light for 210k.
Negative points: Basic but clean. No soap, but interestingly, two condoms offered. 😅

Positive points: Super cheap room and very nice garden area out front. The staff were also helpful. There is someone attending the desk 24/7 (they do offer hourly room rental after all...)
Negative points: Room felt like a prison cell - no windows and green lighting. But it was fine, especially for the price. Cheaper when you book directly, of course.
