Positive points: Swimming pool
Negative points: We've stayed In this place and the least I can say is that the price you're paying for 1 night which is around 1 millions vnd is way overpriced for what you get for ... 1. The service at the reception is miserable, they have no knowledge of the process of a proper checking and when it comes to checking a foreigner they are thousands no sense question... 2. The room isolation is bad, you're hearing all the noises from outside which make it difficult to have a peaceful sleeping night 3. The water pressure in the shower is very weak ... 4. The breakfast is miserable, the menu is only in Chinese and the food is tasteless Overall our stay was bellow average especially for this price... The only positive point is the swimming pool.
Positive points: New modern facilities situated next to the river. Warm friendly service from the staff.
Positive points: We really wanted to let 10/10 because the people is really kind, the hotel is new, clean, the rooms are big, the swimming pool is huge and beautiful, there is a big playground for kids ( they could spend hours inside ), juices and milkshake are amazing ( when they understood no sugar
Positive points: ) ) but the main problem is communication, nobody speak or understand English, even a little bit, nothing…. We spent our time on Google Translate for everything, translation is not 100% good so it’s frustrating… thanks for everything and good luck for the future.
Negative points: Nothing to complain. But it would be good to have more options in the restaurant, I like the Asian food but would imagine that people may also want some different options like bahn mi or simply cheeseburgers.
Positive points: The hotel offered rental of bikes and scooters for free and free dinner too. The dinner is very well prepared. The view is beautiful. The room is clean and spacious.
Review: Everything it’s good
Positive points: Brand new resort, finished to a very high standard. Excellent and friendly staff. Decent food menu, nice cocktails. All very good value. Highly recommend.
Review: Family new & nice ground level units built around a beautiful pool setting. There is a bedroom with a comfy bed with 4 plush pillows. The unit comes with a comfortable couch and a stocked mini fridge with the contents inside free to have. Attached is the Heddin coffee & restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and great views. They have electric scooters to rent but we were told we could use for free because we stayed 2 nights. We made use of one for a half day touring around Ben Tre. The hotel is a little ways away from the city of Ben Tre so having the opportunity to use the scooter was good for this reason. Very relaxing atmosphere.
