DIAMOND STARS BEN TRE HOTEL

Review: I stayed in 5 so called 5 Star Hotels in Vietnam on this trip. Diamond Stars is the only True 5 Star Hotel out of them all. From the time you walk it you see and feel Luxury. The staff is presentable and professional. The hotel is immaculate. The food is outstanding. The pool is wonderful. The room was big and the bed so.comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel

Positive points: I stayed about 3 weeks and I liked the hotel so much I was genuinely sorry to leave. I am looking forward to returning. My room, 1004: Spacious and luxurious. View: Neighborhood, Ben Tre River and rural scenes. More than adequate seating and lots of storage for luggage and the other items one would travel with. Big and usable space in the closets and lots of hangers. Bed: Wide, long, and really comfortable. Medium firmness mattress and pillows. Bedding was high quality and very comfortable. Bathroom: Spacious with deluxe features and appointments. Lots of hot water and a rainfall shower as well as other shower configurations and a large tub. Cleanliness: 10 out of 10 for hygiene, sanitation. Housekeeping staff kept the room in pristine condition. Air conditioning: Perfect placement and quiet operation. Quiet: The room, the hotel, and the neighborhood were very quiet and the setting was tranquil. Building and facilities: Lovely looking 5th floor outdoor swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs and a comprehensive view of the neighborhood, river, and rural areas. Secure parking for bikes and vehicles. The elevators worked flawlessly. Security cameras and in person security personnel were dependable and effective in the public areas throughout the property. Location: Across the street from the Ben Tre River and bridge, landing/dock and river boats. Bike rental less than 2 blocks away. Extensive and interesting local market across from the hotel and blocks of small local businesses on two sides of the hotel. Neighborhood: Interesting and safe. Breakfast buffet: Large variety

Review: I have stay here for four nights , from when you arrival to using the restaurant all the staffs there are so friendly. The bell boy at the front desk was so helpful whenever I need help . Definitely will recommend to my friends if they coming to Ben tre for holiday . Lastly there is a market beside the hotel where you get drinks or food there . See you on my next trip again

Positive points: both Asian and Western. 5th floor restaurant with lovely view. Food quality satisfactory and tasted delicious. The lobby reception and guest services staff, management, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and gracious. Special thanks to Mr. Tan and to hotel management and supervisory staff. You made my stay exceptional, and I can’t wait to come back.

Review: What a wonderful hotel. From the reception we received when we arrived hot and sweaty after a tough day on the bicycles to incredible room and superb location. We were planning to have a rest day in Ben Tre and ended up staying for three nights because it just felt like the right thing to do.. Definitely one of the best hotels Colleen and I have stayed in during our bicycle tour of Vietnam and Cambodia.
