Bentre Coco Lodge

Positive points: We stayed two nights at Bentre Coco Lodge and it was amazing. The host Thai gave us great recommendations for what to do around here. He also did all the booking, including the boat tour and the trip back to Saigon. We also took the free bikes and rode around, truly great experience. The food at the stay tasted great. I recommend you try the coconut ice coffee, great stuff. Very friendly and welcoming host. Family owned. Lots of smiles. Highly recommend, 10/10

Review: This was the perfect spot to come and enjoy after leaving the bustling city of ho chi minh city. Upon our arrival we were struck by the lovely setting as we walked over the tiny bridge into this wonderful oasis. The property has so much ambience you instantly feel relaxed and inspired by the surroundings. The palm trees create the privacy, beautiful flowers, a fish pond along with a rustic dining area and homey cabanas are integrated perfectly together. We arrived around dinner time to find out they ser Ed dinner with 4 options along with breakfast. Our dinner was very good, flavorful and filling with dessert of fresh fruit to complete a great dining experience. Breakfast was equally tasty and filling, giving us a great start to our day. Thai and his wife were amazing hosts, taking the time to welcome us to there little oasis, while catering to the other guests staying there. Thai spoke good English, helped book our transportation to Can Tho and took the time to sit and chat with us which we really enjoyed! The rooms provide everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. We stayed 2 nights and easily could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this place as it checked all our boxes and was great value for the money. Definitely a highlight in our 2 month journey throughout Thailand and Viernam.

Positive points: The Host makes his job with passion. The place is beatiful. The Mattress is on the hard side but its finally not a halfpipe. The Food was delicious.

Positive points: I loved how calm and local everything was here. Our host Tai and his family were warm and welcoming. We were able to rent a scooter and he allowed us to use his bicycles. Tai also helped us with anything we needed arranged. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Review: Amaizing time in Thai house. His family is wonderfull and the place is peacefull, you have all you need. And the food that they cook was so delicius and tasty.

Positive points: The owner was amazing! He made the experience very genuine. He even drove me into town to catch my bus! He knows a lot about Vietnam and wants to share it with his guests. He will even cook dinner for you if you don't want to go out.

Review: We were really happy with the owner and the environment of this property. He was very friendly, speaks good English, allowed us to check in early and offers additional activities. Can kayak/canoe in the river for only 100k. Free bicycle, and really good food offered at a good price. Room was clean and had a nice veranda right by the river. Overall good experience and if we ever find ourselves back in mekong theres only one place to stay.

Review: Very very loud church bells at 4:30 am and 5am on a Saturday morning. The host is very nice and the place is beautiful but it was impossible to sleep after the bells.

Review: This small homestay is simply wonderful. Very clean, quiet, excellent food and great folks running the place. We are cycle tourist and it's everything we could ask for. Exceptional!
