Review: The manager at the hotel let us check in early for no charge .the room was clean and quiet .
Positive points: Cheap but remember the check in time is 5pm. Room is clean.
Negative points: The air conditioner is old, has poor cooling performance, and is very noisy. The room only has cold water, no hot water.
