Positive points: Truly genuine and nice people! They were so easy to approach, always ready to help with taxi bookings and providing valuable guidance throughout our stay. We used their service during a layover, and it was absolutely worth every cent. Highly recommend!
Positive points: It was close to the airport. The house was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The host was very flexible and helpful as well.
Negative points: It was far away from everything except the airport.

Check out at 3:45 am without any problems. Elevator is working and you can use it free 24 hours.
Silence hours since 11pm till to 5am - just the time when you shouldn’t disturb another people. E.g. loud music, party, furniture moving etc.

Positive points: The staff were exceptional ! We cooked a little and relaxed watching YouTube, and we really needed to relax
Negative points: Man oh man the mattress was hard, I don’t care but wife got her own inflatable mattress out. Take no notice, it’s a fabulous stay

Negative points: The mattresses toi hard, gate close at 11pm to can not going in or out, but this not said on the web, not recommended for people who take vacations. Will not going back.

Positive points: The facilities are in good condition, the apartment is well-furnished and -equipped with essential stuffs. The owner (Ms. Trinh who owns the 6th floor) is very friendly and willing to help.
Negative points: It's a little bit far from the city center.
