Negative points: It is close to a school and can get quite noisy. The receptionist tried to charge us on our card for the whole booking at the last minute during check out although we had not taken any extra services/ minibar and we had prepaid for everything right at the start of the stay! Also the breakfast was really sorry.
The shower water temperature was so hard to set at a comfortable warmth.

Negative points: Not too bad. It would be an advantage if they catered to the travelling Westerners a little bit more as this was the hotel suggested by Gangwoo hospital and there will be more coming to stay there for their procedures from AU, US. and more. Maybe English speaking Tv channels.
