Negative points: We were upgraded to a different room but it was on level 1 and had minimal natural light. rnThe bathroom was not well maintained.rnFor the price, I would expect higher standard.

Negative points: We had some issue with AC at our room, but they accomodate us into another room and getting much better for us to stay.

A special mention to the young lady at the front desk for her warm hospitality and helpful attitude. What I liked most was the comfortable rooms, the welcoming ambiance, and the excellent location, which made it convenient to explore the city. Overall, it was a memorable stay.”

Positive points: Staff are very helpfull. I did long run at Monas and had knee injury. When they saw me coming drag my feet, they offer wheelchair. When i checkout they day after, they bring wheelchair and help me very nicely
