Review: Ashley Tanah Abang is located strategically and the compound solely belongs to the hotel , no sharing of space with other entities. It’s huge, clean, modern-looking & very well coordinated. Staffs are friendly & courteous, always providing a top tier service. The rooms are very spacious including the corridor, which differs largely from other typical hotels. Toilet is huge too. I chose the room with 2 queen beds & we were so satisfied with it. TV has smart tv functions for netflix youtube etc. The breakfast is nice too. there is also a musollah and toilets at the lobby in case you need to pray after checking out. Bluebird cabs are constantly ready outside the hotel. Oppositie hotel theres alfa mart so its rly convenient to grabmart/grab food anything. nnoverall, highly recommended and will come back.
Positive points: Room was spacious enough and totally worth the money. Parking was a breeze. The location made it easy to get anywhere I needed. Plus, everything was clean and well-kept.
Negative points: One downside was that the room didn’t have a real window facing outside. In the photos, it looked like there was a window with a view of green plants, but it turned out to be a fake window facing a wall with artificial plants.rnThe biggest issue for me was the room's walls. The partitions between rooms weren’t solid walls — they were more like thin, semi-permanent dividers. I could literally hear the guest next door making a phone call like they were right next to me. It was pretty annoying.
Review: Nice hotel!
Positive points: Kids loved that there was a Playstation in the family room. Loved the free laundry room with detergent and softeners available for free, too.
Negative points: Bed were ok forn2 kids but not as comfortable for 2 adults. Someone remobed my clothes from the dryer when still wet to dry their things. Not nice at all.
Review: Hotel is few minutes away from Grand Indonesia. Staffs are not friendly, just decent. Amenities in the room are not complete so we have request all the time. Requested iron and hairdryer but spoilt so we have to request again. The walls is hollow so we can hear footsteps and people talking all the time.
Positive points: Children are roaming around even its midnight. And also I booked with room that with city view but I did not get that. And also seems crowded when it comes to free laundry. No queues. Some people they don’t care the lines they just cut.
Review: The room itself is good, clean and spacious. It's just maybe you need to improve your hospitality since this is 4* hotel. For example, when i get off from car at lobby and bring luggages, the staff at the door didnt help me open the door, so i need to shift my luggages first then open the door.
Positive points: It was a great property and the breakfast was good.

Negative points: There wasn't much scenery. But then, it's perfectly fine as i didn't stay in my room to look at the scenery.

Positive points: Building and room are so clean. Room is spacious. nThe swimming pool is clean and comfortable because it is indoor. Variety of breakfast is good.
Negative points: No windows. There is a window facing to a wall with artificial plants.
Review: Ruangan itu kedap suara dengan buruk. Para tamu berbicara dengan keras di koridor pada malam dan pagi hari. Mereka juga memainkan musik keras di pagi hari, tetapi tidak ada pelayan yang datang untuk menghentikan mereka. 房間的隔音很差，晚上跟早上都有客人在走廊講話大聲，一大早也在大聲放放音樂，卻沒有服務生出面制止。

Negative points: Bath room was smelly maybe from the drain. First the bowl has blocked but the staff fixed it immediately 👍🏻
