Review: Reception staff are really friendly and kind. Quite disappointed with the TV in the room, still an old model and no smart TV yet, tv remote was unresponsive. Wifi was slow. Pillows are worn out and way too soft bed sheets had stains, bathroom amenities were incomplete. AC controls are outdated too. Please consider providing your guests with two key cards without having to ask for another one afterwards because 1 should always be on standby to switch on the AC.

Positive points: I had a very pleasant stay! I was able to check in early, the room and bathroom was nice, the linens and pillows were comfortable and the towels were clean. I was able to rest well after attending a FS/concert. Overall, a good experience.

Review: I stayed here during bulan puasa, and went to use the swimming pool. It was cloudy and so much food debris (i assume it was from the buka puasa event). Breakfast options were not too many during bulan puasa, I could understand. But jamu (the herbal drink) was spoiled! Everytime we visit jakarta, we always stay at ibis sunter, but this is the most horrible experience.

Positive points: the parking was huge. the breakfast was nice. unfortunately the room was not soundproof enough so you can hear children laughing and baby cry
