Ascott Jakarta

Review: Springbed di kmr utama sdh melesak ke dlm. Jd sakit badan. Sofanya kotor, bantal”nya bau asem dan keringat. Kamar mandi di km utama mampet. Lantai kamar jg kotor sekali pada hari pertama. Kamar tipe apartment tapi tidak tersedia piring makan dan sendok. Tempat cuci piringnyapun mampet. Senderan kepala ranjang jg bau asem. Untuk lokasi sangat strategis.

Positive points: Location, Comfort, space, Rooms & Value.

Review: Have a wonderful stay. Good location however its very packed as its near to the 2 big shopping malls. Room a little bit old, but its still clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Positive points: Great hotel very conveniently located. Little bit old but everything working and in good condition. Might need little but in improving the breakfast options

Review: When we arrive, we were slightly disappointed cause no one greeted us at the front desk. People skipped us as we waited for our turn at the counter to check in. Not so sure if the staff saw us. Nevertheless, we gave chance to enjoy the rest of the days. nAs we checked in, the room was already cold, we thought someone was in but they already prepared for our check in. So we dont have to wait for the room to be cold. 5 star for that <3 The room was lovely. Fully equipped with everything except ironing board. Probably need to request for it. nHot water? Not a problem. They have a water dispensing for that haha. nBut the bathtub is abit slippery even though theres a rubber mat which cause more slippery, I fell in the tub and had a bruise but hopefully im good. nAll in all, the service was good. The bell boy was friendly. They help us with getting our Gojek etc. nPool was small but still we enjoy it. nWe also tried the spa, it was worth it. nnWill definitely come back here again if we travel to Jakarta again !

Positive points: Close to mall and restaurant . I don’t need go far to find food . I recommend to all my friends ..

Positive points: The room was clean, spacious, location was close to shopping mall and staff was very friendly.

Review: I was traveling with my pet dog, and the staff were very accommodating in this regard. The hotel suite was also spotlessly clean, equipped with everything I needed (and wanted). Plenty of room, plenty of drinking water, powerful aircon, washing machine and kitchen appliances and utensils. Its the most at home I've felt in a long time when traveling. Loved the on-premise convenience mart, and how near the Ascott was so near to Thamrin and Grand Indonesia malls. The warm and friendly staff made the stay extra special! Thank you, Ascott Jakarta for making my time there such a smooth and happy experience!

Positive points: Strategic location. Turn left to Thamrin City, turn right to Grand Indo Mall (if im not mistaken the name, but it’s a big mall where Remboelan restaurant is) - walking distance so no stuck in traffic (extra point here) Definitely coming back here again. And the staff is super attentive and helpful. Bless them!

Review: Loved my stay at the Ascott. The staff were so nice and helpful to us throughout our stay. I do not have any bad thing to say about this hotel. Perhaps my only suggestion is for them to have a bit more spread and variety for hotel breakfast. But even then the hotel food was good!

Positive points: The staff are very helpful and good. The room cleaner, especially Ikhwan, does the best work and is a very polite person. nThe place is also very clean and well-maintained

Review: Stayed in studio premier. Was great. Pool was finally opened after some works. Small pool. Gym was ok, old equipments. Breakfast was ok, not extensive. Ppl take it more for location near big malls.
