Review: I recently stayed at BW Express Hotel Jakarta and was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided throughout my visit.

Negative points: The rooms facing the slum-like area have windows that do not block any noise. As the mosque next door starts broadcasting prayers through loudspeakers at around 4am for roughly 1,5 hours every night, sleeping comfortably isn't really an option. The staff seems to know about it but didn't really care when we brought it up but just laughed and said yes, yes
Review: Kamar bersih, semua ok, Tapi breakfast nya ga selera kak maaf, paham mungkin karena bulan ramadhan ya jadi yg fresh makanannya di sahur, kmrn saya sm istri pas sarapan udh sisaan aja, ga expect bakalan dapet sisaan hehehe mungkin boleh diperbaiki lagi ya ke depan, supaya lebih baik lagi, terimakasih ya
Positive points: Excellent staff and upscale new property. Excellent views from 11 th floor.
Negative points: Breakfast could be better. Service was good except once when they took a while to open slow draining toilet. Not a biggie.
