Negative points: There was noise at night. People walking with walkie talkie, you could hear people from the other rooms and a very constant and annoying machine noise.nnIn addition, they say there's a shuttle bus to the hotel but they don't say that it only comes once every 2 hours...

Negative points: The shuttle bus was poor management and careless. I booked at 8.00 pm it came at 8.20 and ask me to wait for the other customers with another branch of their chained hotel which ended up leaving from the airport at 9 pm. The same time for another round of the bus. Moreover, I had to sacrifice the seat to their receptionist and sat on the extra seat next to the driver cuz the rest was full. The staff didn’t even say apologize. How poor manner they havennThe wifi was broken although used and checked at the front desk. How wrong could it be!nnThe bathroom is tiny even if with the asian girl so it’d be better to book larger room if you want to consider this placennLast, the room wasn’t noise cancelling which means you will hear every sound from surrounding rooms. It wasn’t too bad but it you are tired and want a good sleep, better to choose elsewhere
