Review: Overall all is good.
Positive points: Gluten free breakfast available on request. That meant a lot to me.
Review: Decent hotel with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast.
Positive points: It was nice, clean and very close to the centre.
Negative points: Staff was not very flexible with requests and seemed grumpy sometimes.
Review: Brought my siblings to stay here for few nights, they enjoyed it. Near to grand indonesia, nice rooms and bed and good facilities as well. The restaurant were great, good food with reasonable price.
Positive points: i wish there were more western breakfast options
Review: Ibis Styles Tanah Abang has exceptional staff. They are friendly, helpful and overall excellent in their customer service. The rooms are spacious and the style and interiors of the hotel are whimsical and interesting.
Positive points: This was my second time staying there and once again it was great. It was also nice to see Gian again upon check-in. Everything was nice I enjoyed my stay and hope to stay here again when I come back to Jakarta.
Negative points: It would be better if all the rooms had the bidet spray and the toilet seats should be made of ceramic instead of plastic for better hygiene. nWish the arcade and games facilities were available throughout the week.
Review: The place is clean and organized, near to some tourist spots and the staff are courteous and accommodating

She kindly helped me complete the necessary documents for the event, showing great professionalism and care. I’m truly grateful for her support during a stressful time. Positive points: Nice hotel, pleasant staff, very comfortable.
Negative points: Location. Wouldn’t stay there again simply because there is not much nearby and it felt a bit unsafe. I’ve been traveling all over SE Asia and it’s the only place I’ve felt a bit unsafe.
