Review: Good place for family travel. Some draw back in here limited staff and not actively for cleaning

Positive points: Best location with some good restaurants and coffee shops around, near by the lake. Nice and supportive staff. I would love to come back & stay here again.

Review: Room was clean. Kitchen utensils were dirty. AC wasn’t cooling.nThe entrance to the building was from a narrow alley, which was filled with garbage and barking dogs.

Positive points: I like that the staff, Mr. Long was very responsive and approachable. Also, I love the space and how we almost had everything we needed in our stay. The price was also reasonable.

Review: Stayed there to just rest for the night and freshen up in the morning. Was a decent place for that. nThe apartment was well done. nThere was no hot water for shower, and the water was pretty cold. Rest was fine!

Positive points: The apartment had potential, but unfortunately, it was quite dirty upon arrival, and it clearly needed some maintenance. There were a few things that could have been taken care of, like fixing broken fixtures and cleaning more thoroughly. However, considering the overall price, it’s still good value for what you get. The location was convenient, and with a bit of attention to cleanliness and upkeep, it could be a really great spot. For the price, it’s a solid option, but just keep in mind that some improvements are needed.

Positive points: The staff was kind and hospitable, but the apartment was not clean though beautiful and big. I think they should work more on cleaning the facility to become a deluxe one.

Review: Stayed in Margaery Apartments for a total of 6 nights, in 3 different 2-bedroom units. Only one unit 503, passed the test for cleanliness and proper maintenance. n1. the bath towels didn't feel crisp and clean (was a tad yellowish)n2. the hair dryer in Room 203 was not properly fixed on the walln3. there were rubbish left over by previous guests in the bedroom cabinet but not clearedn4. In Rm 303, the kettle in the kitchenette had half-filled water with scums floating insiden5. the fake flowers in the bathroom and living room look dirtyn6. there were rust on the marble counter top in shower roomn7. the light switches and beside table had stickers stuck to them and not removed.nnWe didnt dare to use the things in the kitchenette and pretty much stayed in our rooms. All in all, Margaery Apartment needs a major clean-up.

Positive points: Spacious, and quiet area. The staff is also accommodating. I love the area too.

Positive points: What is there to say about this place that hasn't said already? Great location. The grounds are immaculate and all the staff go above and beyond. We would have been more than happy to spend our 3x days here. rnThe Skybar rooftop is great place to chill!

Review: we were welcome by a little cockroach.. :)ncutleries in the cabinet is dirty, like someone using the fork without being washed, and keep there..nthere's a trash (used indomie seasoning) in the cutleries cabinet..nthe room wasnt being cleaned up if you didn't ask to be cleaned.nif you bring a lot of baggage, its not recommended, because you need to push your luggage in a small alley..nIt was really hard to find grab car, I don't know why..

Review: Beautiful, clean accommodations with a convenient bathroom and hot water. Friendly staff and great room cleaning. Good sleep and professional airport transfer service. All the amenities here are worth the money.
